Develop your organisation's Reconciliation Action Plan

Effort: Medium | Time: more than 6 hours

A Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) allows you to build stronger relationships and develop opportunities to improve outcomes with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities. A RAP provides a framework for organisations to support the national reconciliation movement, no matter where your organisation is on its reconciliation journey.

Steps to take action

  • Learn more about how RAPs advance reconciliation by reading and watching the video from Reconciliation Australia.
  • Read the Red Cross Reconciliation Action Plan
  • Schools and early learning services and workplaces can be supported to develop their RAP. Contact Reconciliation Australia to talk about the framework that would best suit your organisation.
