Our state Youth Advisory Committees (YACs) are made up of young people from diverse backgrounds who are looking to make friends and develop their skills within a humanitarian setting.

YACs are an opportunity to connect with like-minded young people within your state, and nationally, to:

  • help others
  • develop and use your skills
  • connect to networks
  • build friendships
  • participate in governance and decision-making
  • support the work of Red Cross.

Red Cross pays our respects to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander custodians of the country where we work, and to Elders, past, present and emerging.
